ACCURACY STARTS AT THE FIRST PEG.
Setting out is the first control point on any structure. Working with our own total station means levels, grid lines and base-bolt positions are established by the same team that pours the concrete and erects the steel — so the frame lands where it should.

Trimble Earthworks puts the design in the cab. Grading and earthworks are worked to the model rather than to pegs alone, which keeps levels consistent across the site and reduces reworking before concrete follows.

PREPARATION, GRADING AND FINISHING.
The CAT 265 compact track loader handles site preparation, grading and finishing work — including the tighter areas around buildings and aprons where larger machines are less practical. It is RPD-owned and RPD-operated, so it moves with the programme.

The Manitou MRT 2660 rotating telehandler supports steel erection and cladding, placing sections and sheets where the crews need them. Having our own lifting capability on site keeps erection and cladding sequences moving together.

EXCAVATION WITHOUT SUBCONTRACT.
The latest JCB 150X HD is the second 150X HD unit to join the RPD fleet. It carries out excavation and bulk earthworks on RPD sites, and owning the machines means groundworks start when we are ready to start them, rather than when a subcontractor becomes available.

CUT IN OUR OWN WORKSHOP.
Plasma cutting is carried out on the Morgan Rushworth Hypertherm XPR300 in RPD's own UKCA / BS EN 1090 approved fabrication workshop. Cutting steel in-house shortens the route from drawing to fabricated section and keeps quality under our control.
